Intake system

So for the last week or two i had a problem with the ideling of my engine. The car would shut off while i would make a turn and this is very dangerious because if my engine stalls while i am turning and there is on comeing traffic that can be a bad accdient. And i could not figure out why. I had a feeling that it had something to do with the intake system. I brought it to my garage and exzaming the engines hoses and spark plug. I found a hole in the intake system very small hole on on of the flexable pipes in the intake system. So i went to the dealer ship to find a price on the part and its $300 and not only that but i had to order it and wait a week for it. So i told myself to go to the junk yard and try getting it used because i went to the dealer on friday and the guy that dose the order for the parts went home eIrly and i had to wait till monday. I check almost 5 diffrent shops no luck on getting the part most of the camry were v6's. But before i gave up i got the part for a $100 i was not too happy about it because i could have goten an aftermarket pice for about the same price but it would have been brand new. But i asked around And most of the shop said to get the orginal part because the aftermarket will break down on me. I was planning on putting a custom intake with custom pipes but i dont like the attention form the police so i decided to keep it stock and thats why i took my chances on the orginal part even though it was used.

The evolution is about to happen this is what every one waited for!

So yesterday I purchased a 2000 Lexus Es 300 it's so crazy how identical they look. I am debating if I should do this transformation or just keep the Es 300 the way it is and sell the Camry. Somebody give me a feed back even if it's one person beside me that wants to see this happen it will do it. But if not then good bye Camry I put a lot of work to it and time and effort but I just had a daughter and I will have to dedicate my life and time to her but project ES 300 will progress slowly
